swiftkit/irc channel

we have a swiftkit or irc channel that it is recommended all members have and use, it is #aof and for every 3 recruits you get, you will gain one additional access, or rank. when you get enough access, your rank in the channel will go up, from voice, to half op, from half op to op, and eventually, if you prove yourself worthy, it will go from op to co-owner. thank you.
